4. Loosen the four magnet-holding screws (two at the front and two at the back), and
move the Conveyance Guide Plate B all the way in the direction indicated by the
arrow.
5. Remove the E-ring and the gear.
6. Adhere the magnets to the Conveyance Guide Plate A and retighten the +screws.
