save your changes or Cancel to go back.
Delete: Click on the Delete button on the far right of the row displaying the information
for the ring group you wish to delete. You will be prompted for confirmation via a dialog
box; click OK to confirm or Cancel to go back.

6. Configuring Auto-Attendants

Incoming calls can be directed to auto-attendants to provide immediate and professional service to
callers and automatically route calls to intended parties. You may schedule different auto-attendants
to play based on the date, time, and day of the week as well. The Auto-Attendant menu displays all
configured auto-attendants menus.

The following actions can be performed in the Voice Menu section.
Add: Click on the Add button. The voice menu details page will be displayed, allowing
you to configure an auto-attendant:
