How many analog lines are available? Each Grandstream GXW 4104 supports a maximum of 4 analog lines. Multiple Grandstream devices may be used if you deployment requires more than 4 lines. How many endpoints (Talkgroups or Private Phone calls) are being targeted? Ensure that the amount of endpoints is known.

1. Connect the Grandstream to the same network as the RBX. 2. In order to locate and configure the Grandstream box, download and install the IP Query Tool. 3. If the Grandstream is connected to the RBX server via a switch or a network port, then please follow the steps below to setup its IP address. In order to setup an RBX and Grandstream box, the following steps should be taken: 1.

The factory reset reverts the Grandstream GXW4104 back to its default factory settings. To trigger a Factory Reset insert a small, paper clip into the Default Settings switch hole on the back of the Grandstream GXW4104 and hold for about 10 seconds.
