Collects Logs

Use this dialog to invoke a new log collection. This operation collects data such as log files and
system command output from the nodes in the cluster. The data is collated in a tar file that is
assigned a name. Once collected, use the Download button to get the collected data.
NOTE:
This operation may take some time.
The equivalent CLI command is support create ticket.
The dialog contains one field: filename. The logs and command outputs collected will be stored
in the active B6000 Node Manager, ready for Download.

Download data collection

Use the Download button to download the selected data collection.
HP recommends that you download the support ticket as soon as possible after creating it, before
doing anything else to the system, such as rebooting or changing a node to maintenance. If the
active management service moves to another node before the ticket is downloaded, it cannot be
retrieved from the Web Management Console.
IMPORTANT:
Security configuration options are set. If they are not, the download will not work as expected and
there will be no error message.

Add https://VIF https://node1 , https://node2

Enable download.
Other browsers, such as Firefox and Chrome process the download correctly without further
configuration.

Delete data collection

Use the Delete button to delete the selected data collection, or Delete All to remove all data
collections. This operation removes the tar files on each node from the system.
NOTE:
This operation may take some time.
The equivalent CLI command is support del ticket.
