Sorting and searching the log

Click on any column heading to sort messages according to that criterion. For example, click on Date
to sort the messages according to date.
Click on Show Search Box to display a Filter field and two drop-down menus.
Use the right-hand drop-down menu to filter on severity, for example to display all Error messages.

• Use the middle drop-down menu to select a column (or All) and the type a search string into the
Filter box.

Tape Attach pages

These pages allow you to manage copy, export and import activities between the HP D2D Backup
System and an attached tape drive. They are described in detail in

Replication pages

These pages allow you to monitor and configure replication. If you are new to replication we strongly
recommend that you read the separate chapter,
a detailed discussion about replication deployment strategies, terminology and examples using the
Replication and Recovery wizards.
There are five replication pages:
• Status
• Mapping Configuration
• Appliance
• Local Setting
• Event History

Status (Replication)

The top part of this page shows the replication status of the appliance which may be:
• OK
• online or offline
• a mapped slot pair is not synchronized, or out of sync for a certain number of days
• jobs paused or running
The bottom half of the page contains three tabs, that show details of:
• Current Issues
• Source Running Jobs
• Target Running Jobs
Click and highlight any of the status details to display more information about the issue.
