(21) Remove two screws from the recorder frame.
(22) Slightly lift up the recorder frame and disconnect the sensor harness from the PE/cover
sensor PCB.
(23) Take off the PE/cover sensor PCB by removing the screw.
(24) Remove the sensor actuator as shown below.

• Before setting the recorder frame back into place, make sure that the ACS spring is fitted in the
U-shaped cutout of the recorder frame as illustrated above.
