For equipment to be connected to DID facilities, the FIC is
02RV2-T and the SOC is AS.2.

For equipment to be connected to 1.544-Mbps digital
service, the SOC is 6.0P and the FIC is:

For equipment to be connected to 56-Kbps or 64-Kbps
digital facilities, the FIC is 02B1Q.
— The quantities and USOC numbers of the jacks required.
