Call Handling
The AltiAgent call handling functions include dialing out, using voice mail,
and monitoring other extensions.

Dialing

You can dial out in a number of ways; using the numeric keyboard or using
the mouse, and by name or extension, number, or speed dial number.

Let you place, hold, or redial calls, and set your
system to DND (Do Not Disturb). This turns off
ringing and forwards all incoming calls according to
your "Enable Busy Call Handling" settings.
Provides call functions, including transferring calls,
conferencing, sending calls to voice mail or an
attendant, and recording calls.
Lets you customize AltiAgent settings. See
"Configuring Your Station Settings" on page 51.
Provides a view into extension or workgroup activity
and provides access to past call logs.
Lets you display data associated with the calls, send
web pages or URLs to the user, or share web pages.
Tells the system you are ready to receive workgroup
calls.
Tells the system not to send workgroup calls to your
extension.
The button allows you to login in to different
workgroups and/or log out of current workgroups.
