4.1.3.4 Separation Rubber, Sensor Frame Roller Assembly (U)

(1) Disassembly procedure
a) Separation rubber:
The separation rubber can be removed from the
Frame Assembly-Scanner (U).
b) Roller Assembly Sensor:
Remove the Plate-Support by removing the two
screws 1.
Note: Just fitting to two bosses.
c) Remove the two springs (L) and (R).
d) Remove the Roller Assembly-Sensor by remov-
ing the Gear (Z31).
e) Remove cable from CN4 on the R-44 PCB.
f.) Tilt the Frame Assembly (U) forward, while
turning and lifting upward to clear the slot on the
right side of the roller assembly.
g) Remove the frame assembly.
(2) Reassembly procedure
Reverse the disassembly procedure.
