To avoid harm to yourself or the device as you install and maintain it, follow the guidelines
for working with and near electrical equipment, as well as the safety procedures for

NOTE: Providing an exhaustive set of guidelines for working with electrical equipment
is beyond the scope of this guide.

You can mount a J-SRX240 Services Gateway in a rack. The services gateway can be
mounted on four-post (telco) racks, enclosed cabinets, and open-frame racks.
NOTE: The J-SRX240 Services Gateway does not support center-mount racks.
