The "thread clamp" signal is triggered depending on parameter t 01 20.
The following settings are possible with parameter t 01 00 :
When the thread clamp is activated, the speed is limited to 250 min
angle setting always relates to the set reference position.

Reference value transmitter

• The reference value transmitter (SWG) is fastened under the machine table with an assembly bracket.
• The reference value transmitter's pull and push rod are connected to the machine pedal by a connecting rod.
• Screw the assembly bracket for the reference value transmitter under the machine table so that the SWG
push and pull rod and the pedal connecting rod form as straight a line as possible in order to ensure the best
transfer of power between the SWG and the pedal.
• The connecting rod and the pedal should form an angle as close to 90° as possible.
• You must ensure that the pedal moves freely.

The reference value transmitter's stroke in the forward direction (speed display) can be divided into variously
precise speeds with parameter t 08 21.
The reference value transmitter can be re-calibrated with parameter t 08 20 after it has been replaced or if it has
not been working correctly.
Select the parameter and confirm with OK.
