DAC basic/classic
The thread cutting procedure is started by pedal setting 1 or 2 (parameter t 02 01) or automatically at the end of
a counted seam run. If the thread cutter is switched off the drive stops in the reverse turning position ( parameter
t 12 00=1), if the end of the seam is reached.

Thread cutter

The thread cutting signal is switched on when the cutting speed is reached with parameter t 02 10 and switched
off when the set angle value parameter t 02 11 has been reached. A time lag for repeatedly switching on the FA
magnets can be set using parameter t 02 20 .
After the time lag specified in parameter t 02 20 has elapsed the thread cutter is switched on for the time
specified in parameter t 02 21 .
If the position is not reached because of a mechanical error, the thread cutting signal switches off after 500 ms.
Thus a magnet with a low ED (permissible power on time) is protected from damage.

Thread tension elevation

The thread tension elevation signal is switched on when the cutting speed is reached with parameter t 09 10 and
switched off when the set angle value parameter t 09 11 has been reached. A delay time for repeatedly switching
on the FS magnets can be set using parameter t 09 20 .
After the delay time in parameter t 09 20 has elapsed the thread tension elevation is switched on for the time
specified in parameter t 09 21 .
If the position is not reached because of a mechanical error, the thread tension elevation signal switches off after
500 ms. Thus a magnet with a low ED (permissible switching on time) is protected from damage.
