Action: View the application event log (Start > Programs > Administrative Tools >
Event Viewer) for reasons as to why the address was not created. Reasons
could include invalid characters, absence of vital components such as the
mailbox name, and so forth.
Explanation: A GroupWise-type address for the recipient object exists but the address has a
domain name that is the same as that of the GroupWise primary domain name.
