On the All-In-One toolbar, click and hold the Rubber Stamp button.

On the toolset, drag the pointer to select Circular Array.

In the Circular Array dialog box, in the Angular Duplication area, select
the Regular option, and enter 4 in the first box, and 72 in the second.
Then, click OK.
