Notes and Notices
In order to avoid injury to yourself or
damage to the printer, follow the
directions in this guide, paying attention
to all dangers, cautions, and attentions.
Danger and caution notices are
numbered. These numbers correspond
to the translated versions of the notices
in the IBM 6400 Line Matrix Printer
Safety Information booklet.
A Danger notice calls attention to a
DANGER:
situation that is potentially lethal or
extremely hazardous to people.
A Caution notice calls attention to a
CAUTION:
situation that is extremely hazardous to
people.
