The online LED is not illumi-
nated.
There is an error message on the

System requires 3 second pe-
riod to switch between opera-
tional modes.
Possible Cause
The printer/copier is not on a flat
surface.
A paper tray is not fully in-
serted.
A foreign object is in the printer/
copier.
Action
Press the Online button to switch the
printer/copier to online.
