The port status LEDs are

port.
Green, The port status LEDs are
blinking showing the PoE status of the
(1 Hz) port.
The switch starts normally.
The system is performing
power-on self test (POST).
The POST fails the POST.
One or more ports fail the

Both AC and DC inputs are
