falling on the cooktop, pots, or other objects. Solution: clean
the surface or remove the object. To deactivate the symbol,
press the same button again or turn the cooktop off and back
on.
The electronic unit is too hot. Check the installation of the
cooktop and ensure sufficient ventilation. Consult the section
"Overheating Protection." Do not heat empty pots and use
appropriate cookware.
The cooktop has been connected incorrectly. Connect the
appliance to the correct electrical supply.
This indicates a technical fault. Call customer service.
This is a specific model characteristic and does not affect
quality or functionality.
This is normal as it cools down the electronics.
The noises are due to technical reasons, so there is no risk to
the induction cooktop or the pots. Keep these tips in mind if
annoying noises occur:
•
Place the pot in the center of the respective cooking
zone.
•
Try moving the pot slightly on the cooking zone.
•
When using 2 cooking zones with the Bridge function,
position the pots in the center of both zones (i.e., the
coverage of the two zones should be equal).
•
Ensure that there are no foreign objects between the
ceramic glass and the bottom of the pot (e.g., grains of
salt).
•
Ensure that the pot lids do not vibrate.
•
Try using other pots. Especially composite material pots
can cause noises.
•
Avoid having 2 or more pots touching each other.
•
Use pots with flat bottoms to prevent movement.
