Inspecting and Replacing Cutting Blades

• Always inspect cutting blade for bending, missing or wear before operation.
Neglecting this may reduce working efficiency or throw broken blade out and
cause accident against operator or bystander.
• Cutting blades are rotating at high speed in the cutting rotor deck. Just one
missing or broken blade cause abnormal vibration. This may shorten machine
life causing incorrect operation or crack on the machine body. When replacing
worn blades, replace all blades at once in order to keep rotational balance.
• Always stop engine and scan the sroundings when inspecting or replacing
cutting blades.
• Cutting blades are sharp. When replacing blades, wear thick gloves or wrap the
blade with thick cloth and handle carefully.
• When replacing blades, always replace bolts and nut also.
parts may void warranty and may cause damages or an accident.
• Never modify the shape of cutting blade. It may break cutting blade or vibration
on machine body. It is extremely dangerous.
• The person should have appropriate tools and knowlege of maintenance for
replacing or adjusting cutting blades.
