Cleaning Inside Cutting Rotary Cover
• Stop engine and make sure cutting rotary is stopped before cleaning inside
cutting rotary cover.

Adjusting Cutting Rotary Clutch Wire
• Stop engine and make sure cutting rotary is stopped before adjusting cutting
rotary clutch wire.
• When engine and cutting rotary need to be run for checking, shift to [N
(neutral)] to do so. Keep away from any moving parts. Keep off bystanders.
• Reinstall belt covers after adjustment.
• Do not overtighten belt. If belt is too tight, it hinders the operation of cutting
rotary clutch and may cause an accident.
Cutting rotary clutch is of belt-tension type.
If tension is too low, belt slips, yeilding less mowing power and wears belt.
If tension is too high, drive clutch does not disengage and cutting rotary does not stop.
Maintenance
Cut grass, vine, mud or soil inside cutting
rotary cover hinder operation of cutting
rotary. Regularly inspect inside cutting rotary
cover, remove grass and vine, and cleam mud
or soil that is accumulated inside cover.
