NOTE
• Inspect cutting blades earlier than usual if machine is used in dried soil and sand.
The cutting blades may wear sooner than usual.
• It is a better practice to purchase cutting blades, bolts and nuts beforehand in case
anything goes wrong.

Inspecting Mower Front Guard

• Replace mower front guard if it is deformed, damaged or cracked. Deformed,
damaged or cracked front guard cannot provide protection against rocks and
stones and may cause damages to the surroundings or injuries to the oepator
or the bystandars.

Maintenance
1.
When blades wear and do not cut well, turn
them over to use the other edges of the
blades.
2.
There are 46 blades mounted in pairs on the
23 mounting brackets on the rotor drum.
3.
Undo mounting bolt and locknut to replace or

turn over blades.
4.
When installing new or turned blades, face
the flat end of locknut toward blades.
5.
When tightening, make sure there are more
than two threads of bolt protruding out of
lock nut and the blade pair moves freely.
1.
Remove cover bracket from rotary cover.
2.
Remove E-rings and washers on the ends of
the cover pivot to remove mower front cover.
3.
Mount new mower front guard in the reverse
order. Make sure the new cover moves
freely.
