8. OPERATION
8-1. Operation Sequence
Mounting the ABSOCODER sensor
Mount the ABSOCODER sensor to the machine.
Parameter switch setting
Set the parameter switch on the rear face of the converter.
Setting the E-SX bus address setting switch
Set the E-SX bus address setting switch on the panel.
Mounting the converter
Mounting the converter on the control cabinet.
Connecting ABSOCODER sensor to the converter
Connect ABSOCODER sensor to the converter.
Power supply connection
Connect the converter to the power supply.
Connection of the programmable controller
Connect the converter to the programmable controller.
Setting the programmable controller
Set the system configuration definition of the programmable controller.
Current position setting
Check the machine position and execute the current position setting.
Test run
Check the operation and position data that can be read out correctly.
