Troubleshooting
Problem

require
username/password.
Action
Make sure the vtLite
settings are correct, see
RS-232 configuration.
Try autodect if problems
with the connection.
Try different speed and
COM port settings.
Close vtLite Mobile.
Contact your PC vendor to
get the software.
Check the phone number,
user name and password
with your service provider.
Using vtLite Mobile, check
configuration in Device
Manager.
Use AT+WS45=1 to set port
back to normal mode.
Enter any name/password
to ensure a successful call.
