6.2 Capacitor Bank mounting

7 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Once opened, the inverter has no protection against direct contact with live parts. Disconnect the
power supply and wait for at least 20 minutes before opening the inverter enclosure. Make sure no
hazardous voltage is present on the converter before working on it. See Sec. 2.
A line reactor is essential to guarantee the reliability of the product. Failure to observe this
recommendation may damage the inverter.
General guidelines:

Signal, control and communication cables should be shielded with braided shielding and the shield
connected to the earth connections on the inverter.

Signal, control and communication cables should be routed so the influence from the power cables
is minimized.

Signal and power cables that run in parallel should be separated by the largest possible appropriate
clearance distance, approx. 20 – 25 cm. A grounded shield plate or grounded metal duct can be used
instead.
