Follow these steps to quickly evaluate the
1. Install the ADF4150HV
2. Connect the EVAL-ADF4150HVEB1Z
3. Follow the hardware driver installation procedure.
4. Connect the power supplies as follows:
a. 30 V to banana connectors
b. 5 V to the test point labeled +5V on the board
