Entering the Date and Time

Follow this procedure to enter the date and time:

Press [Menu].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <7.TIMER SETTINGS> © press [Set] twice.

Use the numeric buttons to enter the date (month/day/year) and time (in 24-hour format) © press [Set].

Enter only the last 2 digits of the year.

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.

Registering Your Fax Number and Name

Follow this procedure to register your fax/telephone number and name:

Press [Menu].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <4.FAX SETTINGS> © press [Set] four times.

Use the numeric buttons to enter your fax/telephone number (max. 20 digits, including spaces) © press [Set].

To enter a plus sign (+) before the number, press [#] repeatedly until it appears.
