Description
Identifies an object (Ethernet Link Object) related to the
physical interface.
The path indicates the Instance 1 of the Ethernet Link
Object class.

node.
Bit5 (Interface Configuration Pending) of Attribute
1(Status) will be TRUE (1) if the settings are valid.
