Trouble
Switchboard circuit breaker trips
whenever machine is turned on.
Possible reason
DD stepper driver fault.
Open circuit.
Short circuit in the machine.
Remedy
Press
on the start screen.
Check to see if voltage impulses
present on output terminals A+/A-,
B+/B- of the driver.
Replace fault component.
Check continuity between:
M2 motor
•
•
DD stepper driver
•
R1, R2 fixed resistors
DC1 controller
•
Restore connection, face up pitted
contacts, tighten loosen contacts.
Locate and eliminate short circuit in
the machine.
Replace fault component.
