7c Refer to Figure 6-4 for the test arrange-
ment. While using a DVM or VOM to
monitor the voltage across the two termi-
nals of the battery, place a 100, 5 watt
resistor across the terminals for approxi-
mately 10 seconds. Did the voltage drop
below 12 volts? 7d 7e
7d Replace the battery and return to step 7.
7e The battery is considered to be good. In-
stall the battery into the computer. — —_
