Section 13: Create IntelliView Account & Register IntelliCom
Using the IntelliCom services requires an IntelliView account. IntelliView is the cloud storage location for IntelliCom and Potter
fire panel data. IntelliView cloud is also the conduit that allows Apps, Browsers and the Potter configuration tool to interact with
the Potter fire panel.

Create IntelliView Account

You will need to create an account in Potter IntelliView to use the Potter services.
NOTE: If you already have a PotterLink username (typically your email address) and password, then you automatically have an IntelliView
account.
1. Go to
www.PotterIntelliview.com
2. Select
"Log In" if you have an IntelliView or PotterLink account
"Register" if you do not already have an IntelliView or PotterLink account
3. Enter all the appropriate information. Save your log in credentials in a secure place.
4. If this is a new account, a confirmation email will be sent to the designated email account. Open the email and select
"Activate your account" (Please note that it is possible that the email could go to a junk/spam/quarantine folder).
The link will route to www.potterintelliview.com. A screen should appear saying the account is now active.

Register IntelliCom in IntelliView

1. Access www.PotterIntelliView.com and log in to your account.
2. Click on the account settings and select the green "Set IntelliCom Username" button. Then, click on Save Changes.
You should see a checkmark with the message "IntelliCom Account Linked." If you get a message that says IntelliCom
Account not found, then you need to confirm that you are using the correct IntelliCom username.
3. From the top ribbon of the website, choose "Register Device."
4. Under "Device Type," pick IntelliCom Advanced Gateway.
5. Choose the specific IntelliCom unit that you have already activated before arriving at this stage.
6. Enter the remote access username and password for the fire panel. These are the settings that you configured using the
Potter panel configuration tool.
7. Either choose an existing location or create a new one.
8. Click on Save.

Access Through Browser or APP

IntelliView provides access to panels connected to IntelliCom in the supported configurations. It can be accessed through
various platforms, including a browser such as Chrome or Edge, as well as iOS and Android Apps. The Apps offer the same
interface and features as the browser version. To find the Potter IntelliView App, simply search for it in the respective App
stores.
