TROUBLESHOOTING

Although KYMCO vehicles receive a series of rigid inspections
before shipment from the factory, a problem may occur during
operation. Several systems could cause difficult starting or poor
engine performance. The troubleshooting chart on the
opposite page provides you with an easy guide to find the root
cause of a problem. If you cannot find the cause of an
operational problem (or need repairs) take your ATV to your
KYMCO dealer.
The skilled technicians at a KYMCO dealership have the tools,
experience, and resources to properly service your ATV.
Imitation parts may look like KYMCO parts, but they are often
inferior. Consequently they have a shorter service life and could
cause other difficulties that could lead to a costly repair bill.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
POTENTIAL HAZARD
Checking the fuel system while smoking or near an open flame.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Fuel can ignite or explode, causing severe injury or property
damage.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Do not smoke when checking fuel system components. Make
sure there are no open flames or sparks in the area, including
pilot lights from water heaters or furnaces.
If you encounter any difficulty with your vehicle's fuel system or
are unsure of the cause of a performance problem with your
ATV, seek assistance from your KYMCO dealer as soon as
possible.
