8.1.2. Exterior surfaces stainless steel
To clean the exterior stainless steel surfaces, use only a soft cloth with a little soapy water.
Rinse and dry carefully.
Do not clean the exterior of the equipment after use, wait until the
surfaces are at room temperature.
8.1.3. Fan zone and heat exchanger
The piece that separates the cooking chamber with the fan and heat exchanger can be
removed for cleaning said area. In order to remove the protector, it is necessary to unscrew
the two lower screws that hold said protection to the bottom of the camera (A), once these
screws are free, lift the protection and extract it to the outside (B).
To clean the interior surfaces, only use a soft cloth with a little soapy water. Rinse and dry
carefully.
Before removing the fan protection, the tray guides must be removed.
