For COMPACT MASTERs, cooking by probe can be limited by selecting "Probe" in the
drop-down menu in block L and setting the temperature value to be reached by the probe.
The fan speed can be selected using the P block drop-down menu. In the case of the
COMPACT MASTER it allows 4 speeds (1,2,3 and High).
