  • Page 8 MyCare CleanDuo and DA21 cleaning products have been specially formulated for the correct cleaning and protection of Mychef ovens with automatic washing. The product contains, in addition to detergent, rinse aid for a perfect finish. The use of this detergent is mandatory in Mychef COMPACT MASTER ovens.

Drain For the correct operation of the steam system of the COMPACT MASTER ovens, the equipment must be connected to a drainage system with a nominal diameter 40mm (DN40) through a heat-resistant and siphonic type pipe.   • Page 21 To carry out continuous cooking, press the adjustment button – until CONT appears on the display. In the COMPACT MASTER, when the probe is activated, to the right of C, the temperature in ºC that we intend to reach inside the cooking is displayed.

Its special formulation stands out for having double the concentration of active product than most similar products available on the market.

    To link a device (mobile, tablet or computer) you must first configure a Wi-Fi connection on the oven. In the next section (7.1.2Wi-Fi connectivity) explains in detail how to configure this configuration. It is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser for best performance.
