The central screen is a very important part when interacting with the oven, since it indicates
the value of each cooking parameter.

Mixed mode selection button.

Steam mode selection button.
Mark the chosen mode.
Displays the selected parameter: humidity, temperature,
time or fan speed.
Allows you to record or recover a program.
Decreases the selected parameter: humidity,
temperature, time or fan speed.
Increases the selected parameter: humidity,
temperature, time or fan speed.
Phase selection button (Convection, mixed, steam).
Humidity selection button.

Time selection button or activation of single-point /
sousvide probe in the case of Master.

With a long press, it records the current parameters in a
certain memory.
With a short press, it executes cooking in memory.
Oven on/off and start/stop button.
If the oven is on, but not cooking/washing, pressing
lightly will start the cooking/washing cycle.
If the oven is on and cooking/washing, pressing lightly
will cancel the cook/wash cycle.
