Before starting any cleaning process, make sure that the water flow to the
equipment is open.
Before the self-cleaning cycle, remove any solid pieces/residues of food that may be inside
the chamber manually. Do not use the manual shower faucet accessory to remove food
remains from the cooking chamber, remove them first and prevent them from going out
through the drain. You should not place trays or racks during the washing process. It
should always be done without load, to ensure that the equipment is properly cleaned.
The automatic cleaning cycle can then begin. To do so, select the cleaning program on
the control panel by pressing the CLEAN button. The cleaning program will appear on the
central display.
Press the START/STOP button to start washing.
6.1.10.2. Fast cooling
Before inserting the CleanDuo tablet, check that the temperature of the cooking chamber
is not too high. ANDIf the oven is too hot, the oven will show on its central display that it
needs to cool down.
In this mode the convection fan turns on and the heaters turn off. In this particular case,
even if the oven door is opened, the process will not stop and the fan will continue rotating.
