Configuring Power Saving Settings

Customizing the Power Setting
You can choose the optimum power setting for your operating condition by selecting a power plan. You can also create your own power plan.
Changing the Power Plan Setting
1. Click
(Start) -
2. Click [Additional power settings] under "Related settings".
3. Click [Change plan settings] of the power plan you want to change.
4. Change the settings.
[Change advanced power settings]: You can make more detailed settings.

5. Click [Save changes].
Creating Your Own Power Setting
1. Click (Start) -
2. Click [Additional power settings] under "Related settings".
3. Click [Create a power plan], input the name of power plan.
The power plan is fixed to "Balanced".
4. Click [Next].
5. Change the settings and click [Create].

3. Click [Change plan settings] of the power plan you wish to delete.
If the power plan you wish to delete is already selected, select another plan first.
4. Click [Delete this plan], and then click [OK] on the confirmation screen.
