For DVD/BD media
l
1. Connect the commercially available optical drive to the USB port.
2. Set the Recovery Disc into the commercially available optical drive.
For USB storage devices
l
1. Connect the USB storage device used to create the recovery disc to the USB port.
4. Press ≪ F10≫ .
At the confirmation message, select [Yes] and press ≪ Enter≫ .
The computer will restart.
5. Press ≪ F2≫ or ≪ Del≫ while "Panasonic" boot screen is displayed.
The Setup Utility starts up.
If the password is requested, enter the Supervisor Password.

NOTE
For the tablet only, touch the top left corner of the screen or press the

6. Select the [Exit] menu, and then select the commercially available optical drive or USB storage device in [Boot Override] and
press ≪ Enter≫ .
The computer will restart.
7. Click [Recovery].
8. Confirm the contents of "EULA", and click [Accept.] if you continue.
9. Click [Integrated Storage Drive : xxxx] or [Quick Release Storage Drive : xxxxx].
10. Click [Recovery ALL Partitions.].
11. Click [Remain Recovery Partition.].
Follow the on-screen instructions.
12. When the ending process screen is displayed, remove the recovery disc and commercially available optical drive or USB stor-
age device, and then click [Reboot.].
Follow the on-screen instructions.
13. On the "Finish Recovery Process." screen, click [Shutdown.].
14. Turn on the computer.
15. Perform Setup Windows (
16. Start the Setup Utility and change the settings as necessary.
17. <Only for model with TPM> Clear TPM.

2. Click [Clear TPM...] under "Actions" on the right of the "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management on Local Computer" screen.
3. Click [Restart] of the "Manage the TPM security hardware" screen.
4. After restarting the computer, perform the step 1 to display the "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management on Local Computer"
screen.
After restarting the computer, the "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management on Local Computer" screen may appear

automatically.
5. Click [Refresh] under "Actions" on the right of the "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management on Local Computer" screen.
6. When "The TPM is ready for use." appears in "Status" item, close the "Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Management on Local Com-
puter" screen.
If "The TPM is ready for use." does not appear, wait a moment and click [Refresh] again.
