As long as the determination of the calibration data has not yet been started
(Step 2:, page 31), you can quit the calibration routine with <M> or <ESC>.
You can cancel the ongoing calibration data determination as follows:

Open the setting menu of the sensor (see section 6.3).

Invalid calibration data were discarded. Measurement was con-
tinued with the last valid values.
