Repeat the procedure for each spring on both
section hinges.

Checking the Outer Boom
Cradles
No Parts Required
Procedure
1.
Engage the parking brake and start the engine,
and set the throttle to idle.
2.
Slowly raise the left or right outer boom until it
first contacts the upper cradle tube.
3.
Slowly raise the other outer boom until it first
contacts the cradle.
4.
Look at the area on the upper cradle tubes
where the slide blocks on the top tube of the
outer boom contact the cradles.

Note:
The cradle is adjusted correctly when
the blocks contact the cradle at the bend in the
upper cradle tube
