Troubleshooting

The LED continuously lights up green when operating normally. In the event of a fault,
localization is possible based on the screen image and the operation LED.
● Please check the potential fault causes and remedies listed in the table below before
contacting service personnel.

Cause
Video signal detected, but the monitor or graphics
card is set up incorrectly
Power Safe Mode
Monitor has been switched actively to a power
saving mode.
No DVI signal
Incorrect timing is set
Internal error
Switch is off
Zero or insufficient power from the power cable
Power cable is not inserted or incorrectly inserted Check power cable
Power cable is defective
Blown fuse

Remedy
Check and adapt the
graphics card settings.
Deactivate Power Safe Mode
DVI cable is not connected
Correct the timing
Inform servicing department
Switch on power switch
Apply sufficient power
Replace power cable
