Wall Hanging Plates Installation
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Wall fixings (i.e. screws/wall plugs etc.) are not supplied as these are crucially dependent upon
the type of wall surface the MediaVue suite is going to be fixed too.
The installer is therefore responsible for ensuring that suitable fittings are used as well as individual fitting situations
and environments. All mechanical fixings, for holding the MediaVue in position, must be secured to a solid wall or
structure.
Note:
The installation is a two adult person lift.
Confirm the proposed installation wall position. Mark a vertical center line on the wall with a spirit level. The line
will need to be marked 1900mm up the wall from the floor. The line confirms the installation center position and
will be the datum line for further measurements. See Diagram 1.
If the installation is planned to be floor standing, the skirting board will need to be removed or trimmed to the
width of the base unit. If a wall mounted installation is planned and the base unit bottom edge will sit above the
skirting board, this step will not be necessary. The WALL HUNG BASE LEVEL identifies the lowest point of the wall
hung installation, but dependent on the rooms ceiling height this position can be moved higher as desired.
