Troubleshooting

This chapter should assist maintenance personnel with the identification and resolution of operational faults based on
error messages and symptoms.

Maintenance and repair work should only be carried out by Trotec Laser GmbH or one of its authorized
personnel under observation of the safety regulations.

Error, cause and remedy

Problem
Error message on loading the

Laser will not switch on.

Possible cause
Plug or cable installed incorrectly.
Laser power supply switched off.
Soware not installed correctly.
