9.8.1 SpeedMarker "DS" Dynamic Shiing
The SpeedMarker DS enables very fast and precise focusing without mechanical movement of the marking head. The
optical z-axis built in for this purpose is controlled via the soware using the "Focus Shi" function.
The SpeedMarker DS is available in the "D160" and "D254" versions.
The working fields of the SpeedMarker DS result depending on the maximum desired z-stroke.
