5.2.2 Soware controlled z-, x- and y-axis
General structure of the axes
Each axis system consists of a linear servo axis with high precision.
•
The z and y axes are designed as a tandem axis.
•
The laser head is mounted on the x-axis via an adapter plate, which in turn is mounted on the z-axis.
•
The y-axis is a movable table on which the object to be marked is placed.
•
Each of the three axes is limited by two limit switches and two mechanical stops.
•
The electrical and electronic controls are housed in three 19'' racks:
