– Install the food tray (2).
– Place the prepared minced meat on the food tray (2).
– Use natural sausage casing for sausage filling, hav-
ing put it beforehand into a bowl with warm water for
10 minutes.
– Pull the softened casing on the attachment (6) and tie a
knot on the casing end.
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the meat grinder on by setting the power switch
(8) to «ON».
– Use the stomper (1) to feed the minced meat, slide it off
the chosen attachment (6) as the casing fills up, damp
the casing with water if it becomes dry.
– As soon as you finish operation, switch the meat grinder
off by setting the power switch (8) to «OFF», unplug it
from the mains, at which point you can proceed to dis-
assemble it.
– To detach the meat grinder head (3), press the lock
button (5), rotate the meat grinder head (3) clockwise,
at which point you can remove it.
– To disassemble the meat grinder head, unscrew the nut
(13) and extract the sausage stuffer attachment (6), the
installed plate (11 or 12), the cutting blade (10), and the
auger (9) from the meat grinder head body.
Using "kebbe" attachments
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish cooked of lamb
meat, wheat flour, and spices chopped together to prepare
the base for hollow rolls. Rolls are filled and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
Prepare the casing base.
– Press and hold the meat grinder head lock button (5),
insert the meat grinder head (3) into its installation
place (4), and turn the meat grinder head (3) coun-
terclockwise until bumping, release the button (5) (fig.
1, 2).
– Install the auger (9) into the body of the meat grinder
head (3), install the kebbe maker attachment (14) (fig.
8) onto the auger, then install the meat grinder head nut
(13) (fig. 9) and tighten it by rotating clockwise.
– Install the food tray (2) (fig. 10).
– Place the prepared casing base on the food tray (2).
– Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the meat grinder on by setting the power switch
(8) to «ON».
– Use the pusher (1) to supply the base for the casing.
– Cut off rolls of the required length (fig. 14).
– As soon as you finish operation, switch the meat grinder
off by setting the power switch (8) to «OFF», unplug it
from the mains, at which point you can proceed to dis-
assemble it.
– To remove the meat grinder head (3), press the lock
button (5) and rotate the meat grinder head (3) clock-
wise to remove it.
– To disassemble the meat grinder head, unscrew the nut
(13) and extract the kebbe maker attachment (14), the
Cutting Blade (9), and the Auger (8) from the body of
the meat grinder head.
RECIPE
Filling
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1 table spoon
Mince the lamb meat once or twice.
Fry onion in oil until it gets gold color, and then add
minced lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.
Casing
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice 1 tea spoon (to taste)
Nutmeg 1 pc.
Ground chilli pepper (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Mince the meat thrice, mince nutmeg, and mix the
components.
More meat and less flour in a casing provide better con-
sistency and taste of the prepared dish.
Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
Deep fry the rolls.

CLEANING AND CARE

After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off,
setting the switch (8) to the position «OFF», unplug the
meat grinder and only after that you can disassemble it.
Press the lock button (5) and rotate the meat grinder
head (3) clockwise to remove it (fig. 13).
Unscrew the nut (13) and remove the plates (11 or 12)
and the blade (10) from the screw (9), remove the screw
(9) from the meat grinder head (3), clean the screw (9)
from the remaining products.
For easy removal of the plates (11 or 12), place a screw-
driver between the plate and aluminium head (fig. 12)
and detach it from the axis of the auger (9).
Wash all the removed parts of the meat grinder with
warm water and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry
thoroughly. Do not wash the meat grinder parts and
attachments in a dishwashing machine.
Clean the motor unit (7) body with a slightly damp cloth
and then wipe dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the motor
unit (7).
Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat grinder body.
STORAGE
Perform the requirements of the «CLEANING AND CARE»
section before taking the unit away for storage.
It is recommended to oil the blade (10) and the plates
(11, 12) with vegetable oil to protect them from oxida-
tion.
Keep the unit in a dry clean place out of reach of chil-
dren and disabled persons.
