The grounded conduit must be adequately supported by separate mounting hardware and
not by the grounding wire.

Recommended routing of Ethernet cable through Pipe Mount

Bosch Security Systems
Unscrew the bolt at the bottom of the NDA-U-RMT and add the 3/8" (9.5 mm) washer
and the 3/8" (9.5 mm) ring terminal on the ground wire.
Make sure there is a low resistance measurement between the metal of the bolt head
and the grounded metal conduit so that the electrical ground is connected between the
NDA-U-RMT and the grounded metal conduit.
