12. Reinstall and adjust the cable.

1. Slide rubber protector back to expose throttle cable adjuster.

2. Throttle cable adjuster
3. Lock nut
2. Loosen lock nut then turn the adjuster to obtain correct throttle lev-
er free play.
3. Measure throttle free play at the tip of throttle lever.
1. 2 mm.079 in
4. Tighten lock nut and reinstall protector.
5. With the shift lever on PARK position, start the engine.
