1. Speed limiter indicator

The throttle must be held in to maintain speed.
The speed can be varied normally anywhere from a complete stop
(idle) up to the limited set speed using the throttle and brake.
When a speed limitation is activated, the operator can further adjust
the speed limit. Press the SET (ON)/DECEL button to reduce speed
limit, or the OFF/ACCEL button to increase speed limit.
If the speed limiter is activated when the vehicle speed is under the
minimal value, the predetermined minimal value will be set by default.
