7. Turn off the UPS without electrical power utility in Battery mode
1) Turn off the UPS by pressing the "OFF" button for at least 0.5 seconds, and then the buzzer will sound once.
2) Then the UPS will cut off power to the output and there is no display on the display screen panel.
8. Mute the buzzer sound
1) To turn off the buzzer, please press the "Mute" button for at least 0.5 seconds. If you press again
after the bell is muted, it will ring again
2) Some warning alarms cannot be turned off unless the error is corrected. Please refer to sections 3-3
for details.
9. Operations in alert state
1) When the error indicator LED flashes and the buzzer sounds every second, it means that there is
some problem for the operation of the UPS. Users can find out the warning indicator from the LCD panel.
Please check the troubleshooting table in chapter 4 for details.
2) Some warning alarms cannot be turned off unless the error is corrected. Please refer to sections 3-3
for details.
10. Operations in error mode
1) When the LED indicator shows an error and the buzzer sounds continuously, it means there is a fatal
fault on the UPS. Users can find out the error code indicator from the panel screen. Please check the
troubleshooting table in chapter 4 for details.
2) Please check the load, cable, vent, utility, battery and so on after the fault occurs. Do not attempt to
turn on the UPS again before troubleshooting the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, contact the
distributor or product ervice center directly.
3) For emergency cases, please turn off the connection from the utility, external battery, and output
immediately to avoid more risks or dangers that can be caused.
11. Battery replacement operation
1) This operation is only recommended for professional or qualified technicians.
2) Turn off the UPS. If the load cannot be interrupted, you should remove the maintenance bypass switch
cover on the back panel and turn the maintenance dial to the "BPS" position first.
3) Turn off the input breaker and bypass breaker (only available for 30KVA models). Then, turn off the battery
breaker (available for Long-Run models only).
4) Remove the cabinet cover, and then modify the jumper (CN1) on the control board to set the battery
number as the following table:

Note:1 = connect with jumper; 0 = no jumper; x = pins for other functions.
5) Change the battery to the setting number carefully. When finished, replace the cover, turn on the
battery breaker for the Long Run model.
6) Turn on the input breaker and bypass breaker (only available for 30KVA models). Then, the UPS will
enter Bypass mode. If the UPS is in maintenance mode, turn the maintenance switch to the "UPS" position
and then turn on the UPS.
